We are a licensed before and after school program.
It is our philosophy that every child is special and unique. Children are at the centre of everything that we do. We are committed to an environment that is positive, respectful, inclusive, safe, and caring. We are dedicated to fostering each child’s self-esteem and self-worth through positive caregiving that promotes a sense of belonging, engagement, and self-expression. The program uses age-appropriate programming to meet the needs of children at all levels of development. Our program includes a range of age and developmentally appropriate educational and recreational activities, which focus on supporting the child’s social, emotional, intellectual, creative, and physical needs.

Hours & Fees
There is a yearly, non-refundable registration fee of $200/family due at registration.
Important: Children must be enrolled in 5-Day Before-School Care and/or 4-Day After-School Care to access EDF Care.
Grades 1–6
Kindergarten
Kindergarten runs as two classes on a split schedule: K1 attends Monday and Wednesday plus assigned Fridays, and K2 attends Tuesday and Thursday plus assigned Fridays. All kindergarten students are charged the same rate, regardless of class placement. Monthly fees are calculated using a minimum number of operational days — the EDF minimum already excludes one Friday, as the staff Christmas lunch date is still to be confirmed.

Invoicing Policy
Program fees cover actual care when a child is in attendance and reserve a child's guaranteed space in the program when a child is not in attendance. Monthly fees are standardized for each program and are billed based on the program(s) your child is registered in, not daily attendance — fees still apply if your child is absent or is signed in late or out early. No refunds will be given.
- Payments are due in advance on the 1st of each month, from September 1, 2026 through June 1, 2027.
